Who qualifies for service? Card holding Three Rivers Public Library patrons who cannot come to the library because of physical or long-term illness are eligible for service. People who live within the library's service area of the city of Three Rivers, Fabius Township, Lockport Township, or Park Township may register for a library card at no charge. Persons who live outside of the library's service area may purchase a card for thirty dollars per year per household. How much does the service cost the library patron? There is no charge to the library patron for delivery; however, those served are subject to any applicable late fines or replacement costs just like other library patrons. Who delivers library items to the home?
