Little Wigglers
Fridays at 10am
Ages 0 to 3
NOTE: There will not be class on April 13th or May 11th. Thank you for understanding!
Little ones and their caregivers are invited to read, sing, move, play, and have fun! The program is designed specifically with little learners in mind.

Story Hour
Tuesdays at 10am
Ages 2 to 5
Storytime for preschoolers and their caregivers! Books, songs, stories, movement, and fun come together for a super-charged half hour of Early Literacy learning.

Move & Groove
Wednesdays at 10am
March 7th, April 4th and 18th, and May 2nd and 16th
Best for 18 months and up
Bring your dancing shoes to this fun musical program! We’ll have shaky eggs, scarves, drumsticks, bubbles, and more as we dance, move, and learn together.

Little Scientists
Wednesday, March 21st at 10am
Ages 3 to 6
Explore the wonders of the world together with your child at these fun interactive stations. We’ll start by discussing the theme together and then have fun exploring different related activities.

Build it!

Build something awesome with LEGOs! Your creation will be displayed at the library until next month’s club. LEGOs will be provided by the library; please leave your personal collection at home.

Come explore, discover, and learn the wonders of science and engineering in our monthly hands-on science club.

Join our no-stress book club! We’ll meet once a month to discuss books and have fun – no extra reading required.

Crazy Eights!
Wednesdays in March at 4pm (K-2nd grade) and 4:45pm (3rd-5th grades)
Join Bedtime Math’s Crazy 8s math club where fun is first! We’ll have a zip-line zoo, crack a secret code, and create a bouncy dice explosion!

Art Explosion
Tuesday, March 13th at 4pm
Design a key chain or backpack charm using Shrinky Dinks. We’ll provide the materials; you provide the imagination.

Babymouse and Squish Party
Thursday, March 22nd at 3:30pm
Decorate a cupcake in honor of Babymouse or make some slime that Squish would be proud of! There will be lots to do at our party inspired by two favorite graphic novel characters!

Spring Break Boredom Busters
Tuesday, April 3rd at 2pm: Perler Bead Magnets
Wednesday, April 4th at 2pm: Sewn Feltie Emojis
Thursday, April 5th at 2pm: Snap Circuits
Beat the boredom blues and come make something at the library! We’ll be making perler bead magnets (warning: requires patience!), sewing small stuffed emoji felties, and tinkering with snap circuits.

Big Nate Party
Thursday, April 26th at 4pm
Celebrate the joy of messy lockers, cheese doodles, and secret codes as we have fun Big Nate style!

Cookie Decorating
Tuesday, May 1st at 4pm
Inviting all sweet-tooths who like frosting, candy, and decorations to come make a cookie masterpiece.

I survived! Party
Thursday, May 24th at 4pm
Will you survive the library’s crafts and games from the “I survived” books? Yes, most likely. But you’ll have fun doing it (and maybe even learn an important technique or two!).

Family Programs

Make and Take Day!
Wednesdays from 10am to 5pm
Drop in any time during the day and make something! All materials provided.

Family Fun Carnival Night
Monday, March 19th at 5pm
It’s carnival night at the library! Bring your whole family for free face painting and lots more. Try your hand at our carnival games, and win some prizes!

Fancy Nancy Tea Party
Saturday, March 24th, at 10am
Ooh la la! Gather up your fancy tutus, beads, and bows, and join us for a Fancy Nancy Tea party! We’ll be making fancy crafts, playing fancy games, and eating delectable (that’s fancy for yummy!) treats.

Egg Decorating
Thursday, March 29th from 1 to 3pm
Bring an empty egg shell (or two or three or twelve!) and decorate them with materials provided by the library. We’d like to display some of the masterpieces at the library, so bring an extra one to decorate and leave behind. Welcome, spring!

Library Mini Golf
Saturday, April 7th from 10am to 12pm
Play a round of book-themed mini golf in the middle of the library stacks. Bring a friend to play with you, play as a family, or take on the challenge yourself.

Princess Party
Saturday, April 21st at 10am
Calling all royal highnesses (and any available knights!) to a royal tea party with majestic crafts, queenly games, and magnificent treats. We’re even going to be visited by some real live princesses!

Library Fiesta
Saturday, May 5th at 10am
Celebrate Latin culture with papel picado, maracas, and more crafts, games, and fun.

Elephant and Piggie Party
Saturday, May 19th at 10am
Elephant and Piggie are best friends! If you haven’t read this hilarious duo’s books, then come find out what makes them awesome! There will be books, crafts, and games to celebrate the antics of these two great characters.

Peep Wars
Tuesday, March 20th at 4pm
Pick a peep and battle it out for peep-world domination! We’ll microwave them, build with them, and make peep smores.

Sewn Felties

Hand sew, stuff, and enjoy your very own felties! We’ll make different patterns each time. Bring your patience and your imagination; all other materials will be provided.

Write Kids

Do you have a passion for writing? Do you want to share your love of writing with others? Join us for a bi-monthly writing workshop. Special visit by author A.C. Troyer on April 19th!

Candy Sushi
Tuesday, April 24th at 4pm
Use Rice Krispie treats and all kinds of candy to make “sushi” of the sweetest kind. All ingredients will be provided.

Project Runway
Tuesday, April 10th at 4pm
Do you love fashion? This is your chance to design and create an outfit for a doll that will be displayed at the library. Bring your creativity and your patience—all dolls and materials for outfits and accessories will be provided.

Drama Club
Wednesdays in May at 4pm
Come try out your acting muscles in our weekly drama club! We’ll learn improv games, increase our concentration, practice our acting skills, and learn about working together to tell spontaneous stories.

Bead Buddies
Tuesday, May 8th at 4pm
Use pony beads to create a friendly backpack charm or zipper pull. Lizards are classics, but there are lots of designs to try!

Duct Tape Wallets
Tuesday, May 22nd at 4pm
The classic duct tape craft is back! Come make a wallet with one of our many designer duct tapes.
