There will be a general meeting at approximately 10:30 a.m. and a lunch break between rounds. Food and drink will be permitted in the designated break room only. Please contact Mr. B. with any scheduling questions.

 

I give permission for my child, listed above, to participate in the Library Chess Tournament. I understand that reasonable supervision will be provided, but I acknowledge that participation involves normal and expected risks associated with group activities.

I agree to release and hold harmless the library, its staff, volunteers, and sponsoring organizations from any liability for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation.
