Three Rivers Library Friends
If you're excited about the library and want to be involved in making it the best place it can be, you should join our Friends group!
Our mission is to promote public knowledge and use of the Three Rivers Public Library's resources, services, and programs; to encourage the growth and development of the library; and to strengthen and expand the appreciation of the Friends as a cultural and educational asset to the library and the community.
The Friends meet at the library on the first Wednesday of the month from 5:30-6:30 pm.
Volunteer!
We love having volunteers!
The Three Rivers Public Library offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for adults and for teens in 9th – 12th grades.
You can volunteer for one-time special events or regular shifts or anything in between.
To be considered, please print and fill out an application. Once you've submitted your application in person or by mail to the library, the city will run a background check. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
Once you are cleared to volunteer, we will contact you to set up a training session.
Thanks for your interest in volunteering for the library!
Please note that we do not currently offer volunteer opportunities to individuals seeking court ordered community service.
